LALs Inc. ("the Company") establishes the following terms and conditions ("these Terms") for the use of the online shopping site "13.5" (https://thirteenfive.jp/) ("this Site") operated by the Company.

    2. When requested by authorities such as police, courts, prosecutors, or consumer centers.
    3. When the Company deems disclosure appropriate.
  3. Members must ensure all submitted registration information is accurate and truthful.
  4. Members must promptly update any changes to their registration information.

Article 5: Prohibition of Use Beyond Private Purposes

Except with prior approval from the Company, Members may not duplicate, sell, publish, or otherwise use information obtained through the Site beyond private purposes.

Article 6: Prohibited Actions

The Company prohibits Members from engaging in the following actions:

  1. Actions contrary to public order and morals.
  2. Actions linked to criminal behavior.
  3. Violations of laws and regulations.

  5. Violation of privacy or property rights of the Company, other Members, or third parties.

Article 7: Cancellation of Membership

  1. The Company may cancel membership without prior notice if any of the following occur:

    4. Engagement in fraudulent activities deemed inappropriate by the Company.

  2. Canceled Members forfeit all rights with the Company.

Article 8: Withdrawal

Members wishing to withdraw must notify the Company following prescribed procedures. Withdrawal is effective upon completion of the Company's processing.

Article 9: Amendments to Terms

The Company may amend these Terms without prior notice to Members. Amendments will be deemed accepted by all Members after being posted on this Site for one month unless otherwise stated.

Article 10: Service Suspension or Interruption

  1. The Company may suspend or interrupt services without prior notice in the following cases:
